Description
In a world ravaged by nuclear war, one of the most useful things for people to have is a handheld radiation detector. During the war and before the bombs fell, some store owners in Green Bay thought ahead and ordered the detectors in bulk. This made it easier for people to find them in the aftermath, when they had no other way of knowing if an area was safe besides trial and error (a method nobody wanted to use). Although many had been destroyed when the shops and warehouses holding them were hit, there were enough left for them to be fairly widespread.
